Dear School Leaders,
Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is excited to invite students in grades 7–12 to participate in
Inside Out: The Interactive Youth Wellness Fair, a districtwide interactive event focused on supporting student wellness.
The event will connect students with community organizations, wellness resources, and interactive activities focused on building healthy habits and life skills. Students will have the opportunity to explore topics including nutrition, stress management, self-care, emotional wellness, positive thinking, and self-awareness.

Transportation: Principals are encouraged to consider securing school bus transportation for students attending the fair. Please note that schools should identify students who require public transportation and provide bus cards through their existing school-level process.
Distributing and Gathering Permission Slips: Board of Education policy requires that all students have a signed permission slip in order to participate in the Youth Wellness Fair. Here is that permission slip in English and Spanish.
