Reserving HPA Facility & Spaces
Any events planned to take place at Hyde Park Academy require the HPA Reserve Facility process to be completed. We want to make sure any information or details concerning your event are not missed. Please review the following instructions and complete all requested documents carefully. Note that any reservation requests must be submitted at least one week before the event in order to be approved and scheduled. Feel free to reach out to our Event Planning representatives with any questions or concerns.

Event listings can be viewed here (link). Please do not reserve spaces here (viewing only), as they will not be processed. Please continue will the HPA Reserve Facility Process below to book your event(s) and space(s).
HPA Reserve Facility Process:
*All parties (internal and external) must complete 1. Only external parties must complete 1 and 2.
*Please keep an eye out for a reserve request confirmation in the email you listed while booking. In order to complete scheduling, you must confirm reservation. Please reach out to HPA Event Planning Team if you have not received a confirmation email in 72 hours from the time of booking.
