Hyde Park Academy Detention Policy

As you are aware, attendance directly impacts students’ academic success. If a student acquires 10 absences a semester, they risk failing a course. Since the accumulation of three tardies to school converts to one absence, tardiness also has a negative affect on student attendance. Lately, we have been experiencing an overwhelming number of students arriving to school tardy, each day. Please help us insure that your son/daughter has an opportunity to be successful by making sure s/he arrives to school, and classes, on time, each day. Thank you for your continuous support.
